Email forwarding with Google Domains

Introduction

To update your MX records with this Domain Name System (DNS) provider, first understand MX records.

Steps

  1. Log in to your account at https://domains.google.com/registrar by entering your username and Password.
  2. Go to your DNS records (On the My domains page, next to the domain you want to set up with @Emailforward.mx, click Manage. On the left column, click DNS.)
  3. First, delete the current MX records that send mail to your old email provider. After that you'll add new MX records for @Emailforward.mx.
  4. To direct your email to your @Emailforward.mx account, you have to add new MX records to your domain. These are the records that you need to add: mx1.emailforward.mx with Priority 10 and mx2.emailforward.mx. with Priority 20
  5. Click save.
